The sheriff star is the wild symbol in this game, and it does far more than just stepping in for all regular pay symbols. You can only land wilds on reels 1 and 2, and you need a wild on each reel to trigger the Wild Bounty feature.

This is a classic Hold & Win feature, and reels 3, 4 and 5 might expand with up to 2 rows. This increases the number of win ways up to 1,125, and you will see the 3 character symbols land with random cash prizes between 2x and 8x your stake attached.

We’ve nothing against an all-female cast, but the 3 gunslinging cowgirls do look a bit too airbrushed and “modern” to fit the part. They are more akin to private detectives going undercover in HBO’s Westworld than anything else, but okay, enough nitpicking. iSoftBet has made a pretty decent wild west slot with Bounty Belles, but it lacks the grit to compete with the likes of Deadwood and Dead or Alive 1 and 2.

The soundtrack might be a bit of a cliché, but it’s still enjoyable, and not least when it picks up pace in the bonus round. You can win up to 10,877x your stake, which is solid enough for a highly volatile title, and the Hold & Win feature keeps the base game somewhat interesting.

You might need the Deadman’s Draw multiplier to really win big though, as the 3 jackpots will hardly be enough to rock your world.
