We’re not sure if it’s meant to be a series or not, since each installment seems so different from the next, but JFTW has several ‘Riches’ releases under their belt from before. It started with Neptune’s Riches: Ocean Of Wilds, which is thematically closer to the game at hand than the Norse mythology follow-up grid slot, Odin’s Riches. Divine Riches Helios revolves around the Greek sun god, and he’s represented as a cartoonish muscle man next to the reels.

The top-tier Helios also tends to land stacked on the reels, and it’s the only symbol that pays both ways. Review Summary

We found the action commentary from the muscular deity to be more annoying than encouraging actually, and the dude seems a bit too pompous and self-important for our liking. Clouds drift by in the background as you grind along in the rather tedious base game, which comes with nothing but wilds and partially or fully stacked Helios symbols here and there.

It leads to smaller top-up wins once in a while, and the collected tokens will trigger the Blazing Bonus jackpot game once in a blue moon. It’s hardly original, and this is not a game that lives up to JFTW’s founding vision. The symbol upgrade bonus round is decently entertaining though, and a full screen of Helios pays 600x your stake due to both-ways. The 5,000x potential is probably a far cry without the jackpot, and this is a shelf-filler release you can safely miss.
