As symbols explode, you automatically fill the Collect Meter that’s right next to the playing field.

Each symbol explosion fills it by a step. After you explode 25 symbols, you’ll get bonus Coins and Wilds added to the playing field for a new chance to win. In the base game, the Collect Meter progression is reset after each spin sequence.
