It’s refreshing when a new developer bursts onto the scene, and you immediately sense that they’ve got an x-factor going for them. Ino Games is such a studio, something we sensed already in their debut release, Cleopatra's Golden Spells. Cash Printer Heist is a dream come true for casino streamers, and probably many regular players as well, as you finally have a real cash printing machine bonus round to look forward to.

This is not something we’ve seen before at least, although “printing” has been used for larger wins in the Relax Gaming CasinoGrounds collaboration series. The base game multiplier keeps building per non-winning spin, and you’ll collect time symbols that prolong the money printing feature. The premium symbols pay between 1 and 10 x your stake for 5 of a kind wins, and the Wild symbol steps in for pay symbols to help complete wins. The two characters, Martin and Lola, are also represented by a symbol each, and these trigger 1 of 3 features when they land adjacent to a safe door symbol. These are Cash Multiplier Reset, Multiplier Respin, and the Cash Printer Bonus Round.

You can land the safe door symbol on reel 3 only, while Lola lands on reel 2 only and Martin appears only on reel 4.

If you land all 3 symbols adjacent to each other, you trigger 2 bonus features at the same time.

The Cash Multiplier starts at x1, and it increases by +1 per non-winning spin in the base game. It can go as high as x20, and all base game wins are boosted by the current win multiplier. The multiplier resets to x1 after being used, however, and this is also one 1 of 3 possible outcomes when Lola or Martin land adjacent to the safe door symbol.

The Increasing Multiplier Respin feature is another possible outcome from Lola or Martin landing next to the safe door. It gives you 1 respin where the win multiplier is increased by up to +10. After the respin, the multiplier resets to the level it was at before the respin was triggered.

A special Time symbol can appear in the base game as well, and it will add up to 5 seconds to the timer seen above the grid.

The collected seconds become relevant and useful only when the Cash Printing Bonus Round triggers. The Cash Printing feature is also 1 of the 3 possible outcomes from landing Martin or Lola next to the safe door.

It plays out in a vault with a massive cash printer taking center stage, and your two characters on either side. A randomly assigned Speed determines the number of bills printed per second. You get 20 seconds added to whatever seconds you bring with you from the base game, and this is how long the money printing bonus will last.

The value of each bill is also on display, as well as your current multiplier. How much you win is determined by the value of each bill x the printer speed x the multiplier value. The printer may stop at random times, and you then need to fix it by either hitting 1 of 6 blue buttons or choose the “don’t push a button” option. Hitting a blue button has 1 of 3 outcomes:

• Printing speed gets boosted by 2x.
• The value of each bill gets boosted by 2x.
• The feature ends.

Choosing to not hit any of the 6 blue buttons also comes with 3 possible outcomes:

• Boosts your printing speed by 20x.
• Boosts the value of each bill by 20x.
• Ends the feature.

The bonus round also ends when the timer reaches zero, just to be clear.

Review Summary

We were quite impressed by Ino Games’ debut release, Cleopatra's Golden Spells, and Cash Printer Heist comes with some innovative twists we haven’t really seen before. Given how popular the term is amongst streamers, it’s strange that this is, at least as far as we know, the only money printing themed slot out there. There are plenty of heist slots after all, but it’s good fun to finally get to print some cash.

Why Martin suddenly is stripped down to a pink ballerina skirt during the money printing heist we do not know, cause he looked like a pretty normal dude with a red shirt in the base game. There is plenty going on at all times, with the increasing multiplier, multiplier respins, and the bonus round triggers quite frequently as well. The 3,200x potential is decent for a medium volatile game, and there is plenty of novelty here for players craving something different.
